A robust perennial which makes attractive clumps of divided leaves with erect, self-supporting spikes of pinkish-red, usually nodding, flowerheads that open from the top down. Jul-Sep. H180cm S60cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in sun or part shade and moderately fertile moist but well-drained soil which does not dry out. An excellent plant for the back of a border. Attractive to butterflies and bees.
