Salvia x jamensis 'Hot Lips'
Common Name: 'Sage'AGM. This popular salvia is perennial although it is usually treated as half-hardy and will need winter protection. It forms a naturally bushy plant with aromatic foliage with attractive open-mouthed, usually bicoloured red and white flowers over a very long period although the flower colour may vary throughout the season from pure white to red. Jun-Oct. H90cm S60cm.

Best grown in a sheltered sunny spot in well-drained soil which is not too rich. Good in container plantings.
