Care Instructions

Grow in any well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Good under shrub roses and up either side of a path but useful in just about any sunny position. Cut back the mauve spikes after the first flowering and you will get a second flush. This is still one of the best varieties particularly if you have a cold garden and thrives even on our heavy clay as long as it is improved.
