Monarda 'Oneida'
Synonym(s): Monarda didyma x fistulosa 'Oneida', Monarda 'Squaw' Common Name: 'Bergamot'AGM. A deciduous clum-forming perennial with aromatic lanceolate leaves and whorls of bright scarlet flowers above dark red bracts. A newer variety with improved mildew resistance. Jul-Sep. H75-90cm S75cm.

Care Instructions
Grow in moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Dislikes excessive winter wet but do not allow to dry out in summer. The aromatic green foliage is sometimes used as a herb. Attractive to bees.
