Miscanthus sinensis 'Strictus'

Common Name: 'Eulalia'

AGM. A compact, clump-forming deciduous grass with attractive, yellow horizontal banding on the leaves, similar to that of M. 'Zebrinus' but its growth habit is more upright and it is slower to spread, making it a better choice if your space is limited. Silver flower plumes occur in autumn. Sep-Oct. H180cm S75cm

Care Instructions

Grow in any moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun, but dislikes excessive winter wet. Like all Miscanthus, clumps will benefit from being cut back hard in the spring to encourage new growth
