Gentiana 'Balmoral'

Common Name: 'Autumn gentian'

AGM. This is one of our Berrybank Hybrids bred by Ian McNaughton of Macplants. These Gentians are floriferous and multi-headed, with a greater density of flowers and longer flowering period than most varieties as well as being of compact habit. Exceptionally early flowering with a high density of royal blue trumpet-shaped flowers. Jul-Sep. H5cm S20cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in sun or light shade. Excellent for growing in containers. .
