Synonym(s): Bergenia ‘Silver Light’ Common Name: 'Elephant's ears'

AGM. Low clumps of leathery, oval leaves, with erect, red-tinged stems bear clusters of white flowers that become tinged with pink as they age. Apr-May. H45cm S50cm.

Care Instructions

Best grown in moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in sun or partial shade. Dislikes hot, dry conditions but tolerates poor soil and exposed sites. Frosts may damage early flowers. Try it against a north facing house wall.
